Motutapu 10km walk

I am extremely grateful for the wonderful experience I had on Saturday doing the 10km walk it was really fun. I  just want to say thank you to Air New Zealand for paying our trip  to participate in the  walk. I would also like to say thank you to  the green team especially Donna from Doc for walking with me till the end. Once again thank you very much for providing good walking shoes, lunch,a free bag and the energy drinks.

In this game I have to answer some division questions and every one that I got correct it would make my car go faster.I thought this game was very easy because I already know my division facts and I wouldn't know them if I didn't know my times tables so I am very happy to know them off by heart. When this game ended I came in first place and I was very happy.

In this game I have to be able to add or subtract decimals to get the answer to complete the blank boxes. I think this game was very challenging because I have never work with decimals before. At the end of this game I felt extremely great because I kept playing and my friends were teaching me and I now understood how to do it.  I will play this game again.

1. It cost the Naidoo family of 2 adults and 3 children $61 to go to the zoo. What is the missing price on the board?

     14x2=28

     61-28=33

    333=$11 for each child.

  

2. For 4 days of the week the zoo has a concession for schools. $10 each for the first 100 children and then $12 each for the others. What would a school pay if there are 127 children?

       10x100=1000

       12x27=324

       1000+324=$1324

3. On a Friday evening  the zoo has a special rate for  school children:for every paid 7 children 2 get to go in free.  What would it cost a school with  147 children?

1479=16 remainder 3

16x7=112

112 x 11=1232

1232+33=1265

Today I have completed this maths game on Mixed Multiplication and division. I found this game very easy because I already know most of my times tables and division skills. At the end of this game my score was 29 and I was extremely happy. I think that this game would be great for those that are struggling and need a bit of help on their multiplication and division because it will help them like it helped me.

Today I have just completed this reading comprehension about rainbows. I thought this was going to be very challenging but then when it came to the questions I found it extremely easy to do. At the end of doing this activity I got a score of 95 percent and I was very happy because I tried my best and I was able to get a good mark.I would recommend this game to someone that needs help with their reading comprehension.

Lion and mouse in 15 words

Lion caught mouse and freed him. Lion got captured then mouse came and rescued him.

Today I rewrote this story using only 15 words I found doing this very challenging but I tried my best and I was able to use 15 words and I was very happy.
