Read Theory

Today I have completed this reading comprehension. As I read this, I didn’t find it difficult because it was easy for me to follow along. When I answered the questions, I thought most of them were quite simple until I answered the last question which was bit hard. At the end of this activity I managed to do quite well, only getting one question wrong. My score in total was 75% and I was able to earn 18 knowledge points as well. Next time I do this I will try to get all of the questions right and get a better score.

Food Tech - Hot Cakes

Today during food tech we made delicious hot cakes. While making this I thought most of the steps were quite easy and the end result was really good. Once we finished cooking the hotcakes we added some ice cream and chocolate sauce to top it all off. I really enjoyed this dish because it tasted very good..

Meaning

Rangoli is a traditional indian adornment that is made every year with ground rice. It is basically a patterns which can be made in different ways to celebrate festivals.

Reason

The reason for rangoli is to signify showing good luck and prosperity.

Brad put a load of clothes into the washing machine. An hour later, he unloaded the damp clothes and put them into the dryer. Later, he unloaded the clothes and carried them upstairs in a basket. To his dismay, Brad noticed that the load of laundry just didn’t smell nearly as fresh as usual.

Making Quiche

Food Tech

Today during food tech at Tamaki college we each made a delicious quiche. As I was making this I found most of the preparation difficult, because there were a lot of things to do before making the actual quiche itself. Once we made the quiche and it came out of the oven, I could smell the delightful scent of the quiche. When I tasted this dish I thought it was extremely good because it had so much yum flavor in it. Thankyou very much Mrs Heka for deciding to make this wonderful quiche.

Technology - Food Tech

On Monday for food tech I made this delicious meal, which was a warm potato salad with  sausages. I really enjoyed this meal, and thought it tasted extremely good because it had so much flavor in it. As I was making this it reminded me of cooking at home, because I have also made something similar to this meal too. Thank you very much Mrs Heka for choosing to make this yum meal for food tech.
